Please understand that FULL PAYMENT for the services is part of your treatment. We realize that every person’s financial situation is different. For this reason we have worked hard to provide a variety of payment options to help you receive dental care needed to enjoy a healthy confident smile.

Insurance

Our office is fee for service. As a courtesy to our patients, we will file the dental insurance claim on your behalf. Please make sure to provide the correct dental insurance information. All fees are due in full at the time of your visit, and your dental insurance claim will be filed to your insurance company to reimburse you the benefit due per your insurance contract.

Our Goal

Our goal with each patient is to help you enjoy the benefits of good oral health. We encourage all our patients to have oral health cleanings and check ups as recommended by their dentist and/or hygienist as it is easier to correct a small problem rather than “waiting until it hurts”. The office will do everything we can to provide you with long lasting quality treatment, IF FOR ANY REASON YOU feel that a procedure in our office has an issue, please return to this office ASAP for an exam of the problem. If a procedure has an issue, we will correct any problem that is related to treatment received here.
