Meet Dr. Mensah, a holistic dentist in Chapel Hill, NC!

As the son of immigrants from Ghana, Dr. Mensah has lived in many places throughout the United States. However, he has spent the majority of his life in North Carolina. He is the middle son of four children. At an early age, he realized that focusing on his studies and doing well in school would be the easiest way for him to stay in his parents’ good graces.

Dr. Mensah attended high school at A.C. Reynolds in Asheville, NC. Then, he attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for both his bachelor's degree and dental degree. His training gave him the foundation to be the excellent comprehensive dentist he is today.

Since graduation, Dr. Mensah has accumulated over eight years of private practice experience and hundreds of hours of continuing education. His additional dental training moves him up to the category of a comprehensive dentist, not just a general or traditional dentist. In addition to performing the usual dental services, he treats obstructive sleep apnea, implantology, and simple orthodontic cases. He is committed to utilizing a holistic approach with the most cutting-edge dental technology.

Dr. Mensah has made a huge commitment providing holistic dental care to his patient base. However, he knows that none of this would be possible without a supportive family. Dr. Mensah is a devout follower of Jesus Christ and a proud husband and father. Most of his free time is spent with his family, enjoying the grace of everyday life.
